Overview
**NOTE**: While the job is 98% remote, we do like to meet in person as a team from time to time and that’s why we put Arizona in the listing. Having someone where our headquarters is located, has a lot of pluses for us.
We need a well-rounded person who loves to have a huge variety in their day bouncing from one type of assignment to something else based on a deadline we might be given by our client. We need someone who is extremely organized because everything we do is all about events with dates and very specific timelines plus very specific and important details about each event.
Some of the task will require research to find new and exciting entertainment options or we’ve been asked by a client for something specific that we might not have on our roster and we need someone to go out and find the entertainment that has been requested.
We also need someone who can look at our daily operations and think of ways to eliminate any gaps in our processes and help to streamline our operations.
The person for this position is literally the right-hand team member to the CEO of the company who needs to get out of the day to day business dealings so he can work on expanding the company.
About
We are an national entertainment management/booking agency partnering with resorts, hotels, corporate talent buyers and destination management companies to supply them with all the entertainment needs. This can vary from a solo instrumental guitarist to synchronized swimmers in a pool for a cocktail hour to full cirque du soleil acts all the way of to A List entertainers such as Darius Rucker.
We book over 60 events weekly for our resorts and destination management companies here in Arizona and we're expanding more into Colorado as well and hopefully more states as time goes on.
Qualifications
Knowledge of using a CRM system (we use Zoho), email, ChatGPT, creative research on Google, possibly a good ear for music, knows what great entertainment looks and sounds like, is resourceful, maybe some newsletter writing skills
