Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter who will be responsible for contacting Commercial Property Owners and scheduling appointments for our Acquisition Team. In this position, you will be expected to have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade Property Owners to meet with our Acquisition Specialist. Your main goal will be to increase Property Acquisitions and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

> Make outbound calls to Property Owners
> Qualify leads and set appointments for sales team
> Follow up with leads
> Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM system
> Communicate effectively with team members and management
> Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
> Gain a basic knowledge of our industry- issues, opportunities, etc.
