We are a lead generation provider for tree service companies. We work with business owners and get them tree removal and tree trimming jobs by running Facebook advertising. Your role is to ensure that clients are calling leads, booking in person estimates, and managing their sales pipeline.
This role is for someone that is not afraid to make phone calls (do not apply if you have any fear to contact clients)
Must haves

Able to learn how to use a CRM (GoHighLevel) and technology
Relentless ambition to contact clients and keep them happy (do not apply if you do not want to call clients)
Being on time (if you are late do not apply)
Someone who is not sick once a week
Your roles will be to retain client and you will be bonused on retention
85% Retention monthly
15% Upselling clients
Contacting clients that have failed/missed payments
Weekly calls with clients going over the leads that we generated
Ensuring our clients are using our software (if you are not willing to learn a simple software and coach our clients to use it, do not apply)
Always on time and completing tasks on time
