Overview

DUTIES:

• Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

• Build rapport with clients and effectively communicate the value of our coaching programs.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ goals, challenges, and motivations.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing support and answering any questions they may have.

• Collaborate with the sales and coaching teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to program enrollment.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in client communication and enrollment.

BONUS SKILLS:

Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
Associates is a plus
Background in health/fitness

Training/Trial Period:

• During the initial training/trial period, candidates will receive a hourly pay, commensurate with experience.

• In addition to the hourly pay, candidates will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on sales performance.
