Overview

We are looking for a person that pays attention to details, has good communication skills, is self motivated, honest, and easy to get along with. We need a person that we can trust and our clients and team can trust. We are looking for someone who will grow with us as the business grows.  We intend to please the Lord with all that we do and look to hire people with the same focus.

This job will start off by doing county research for properties that we are looking to purchase, and over time the job will evolve into the applicant taking over the entire land acquisition part of our business.  The entire land acquisition process would be ran by Two intake managers, working together to ensure there is adequate inventory for the business.  Having two intake managers allows for flexibility with coworkers, and helps when questions arise or emergencies come up.   The intent of two is not competition but flexibility and consistency.  It starts with the phone call visiting with the land owners who are calling us wanting to sell their land.  A price would be agreed upon and the applicant would then start doing county research, and property deed research.  If everything looked good we would agree to purchase the property and the applicant would write up agreements, and work with the county to record the deed.  Once the property was acquired and all of the information about it recorded, it would then be passed on to marketing team.

We would not expect someone new to our team to be able to start out doing all of the intake process and we would work with them through each step prior to handing over the reins.  This job would start out taking a few hours each week not counting any training videos or phone calls.  Once up and running this job could take up to 10 hours a week.

We would start out paying $15.00/hour and could re-negotiate as duties increase.
