Position Overview:
Join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, supporting our mission by providing efficient administrative support to ensure seamless operations. Your role will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of land acquisition, development, customer service and sales, helping us make land ownership dreams a reality for individuals across Central Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • List Sorting and Editing: Ensure our marketing process runs smoothly and effectively by sorting and editing data lists to ensure accuracy. Includes working with and managing outside suppliers to accomplish these tasks efficiently.
  • Property Research: Assist in assessing whether properties for acquisition meet our standards by following our due diligence checklist. Includes calling utility companies to ensure their ability to service project sites, meeting with county representatives to review project plans, checking online databases and mapping tools and more.
  • Document Collection and Organization: Following each transaction, documents need to be collected and organized within our filing system to ensure easy reference in the future. Also includes updating our CRM throughout the process.
  • Facilitating Successful Transactions: Each of our transactions requires ensuring we hit different milestones at specific dates. You will be responsible for monitoring transaction progress and facilitating smooth closings.
  • Property Marketing Support: Update templates with specific property information and organize materials to prepare a property to be listed for sale. Includes following a checklist and working with an outside sales representative.
  • Help Where Needed: Inevitably, new challenges and tasks arise throughout the course of business. We need someone who is solution-oriented and willing to research and provide solutions to problems we face and is open to feedback as we learn and establish new systems together.

Qualifications

-Proven administrative experience. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency and experience with Google Docs, Sheets and Drive is a plus. -Strong communication and organizational skills. -Self-motivated with a proactive approach. -Ability to maintain confidentiality. -Real estate industry experience preferred.
