This role combines responsibilities as a  Land Acquisition Manager.

For the Sales position, we seek an adept sales closer with experience.

Your duties include following up on warm inbound leads for vacant land real estate. You’ll handle client inquiries, leveraging available information to close deals. With steady leads, the expectation is to finalize multiple deals weekly. Compensation includes 10% of assignment fees. The role offers remote work with a flexible schedule.

While the position is entirely remote, I am based in northern Charlotte NC. While living in the Charlotte NC MSA is advantageous for occasional in-person meetings, it’s not mandatory.

As the Land Acquisitions Manager, you’ll manage inbound leads from land sellers who have received unsolicited calls,text,or direct mail.

Your responsibilities include promptly responding to inbound leads, negotiating final prices, processing purchase agreements, THATS IT!

Qualifications

We require sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas. Strong organizational skills are essential for both roles. Familiarity with CRMs, for document management is preferred. Real estate experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
