Overview

Detail-oriented, task wrangling genius needed to assist CEO with a variety of tasks designed to provide an excellent customer experience and to prevent said-owner/CEO from totally losing her mind. ;>

Ideal candidate would already have experience with Dubsado, GSuite, Google Drive, Dropbox, some familiarity with Quickbooks Online ideal but not essential, extensive executive assistant background preferred. Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Examples of some tasks of this position include:

  • Manage CEO email and social inboxes to ensure messages are being answered promptly
  • Tracking CEO emails and to-dos so she doesn’t have to
  • Managing CEO calendar for accuracy and productivity
  • Coordinate team communication so everyone is working together for the best outcomes at all times
  • Support the company goals of maintaining a High Delight Factor for clients at all times
  • Other items, as asked

Hours per week would be about 5 to start with the capacity for growth to 10 hours with the right candidate. While Do Your Thing is based in California and a Pacific time zone is preferred, the position is remote and 100% online so any US-based time zone is acceptable.
