Job Title: Virtual Assistant (WordPress Specialist)
Part-Time, Independent Contractor
10-15 hours per week, project/task based

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant with a specialty in WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in internet marketing and managing WordPress websites, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing website updates and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Program landing pages with opt-in boxes (copy and graphics will be provided)
Program Sales pages with payment buttons (design will be provided)
Proficient and experienced with internet marketing to provide plug-ins/pop ups as needed
Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and security.
Install, configure, and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress websites, including website downtime, broken links, and plugin conflicts.
Perform regular website backups and updates to ensure optimal performance and security. Currently running on 5.9.9 Divi Theme.
Create and optimize website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, for search engine visibility and user experience.
Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Data entry based projects requested
Requirements:
Proficiency in WordPress website development, customization, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with website hosting platforms and domain management.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Available 9am – 2pm EST Monday – Friday for team communication via email, Voxer app, and Asana.
Must have access to own computer and reliable internet (minimum of 5 mbps upload speed)
