Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Description

Summary

In coordination with the Bookkeeper, the Accounts Payable Coordinator completes administrative duties relating to accounts payables for the Dishdash family of restaurants.

Reports to

Bookkeeper and Executive Team

General Responsibilities

·        Maintain precise records of all vendor payments

·        Responsible for paying and keeping a record of all invoices

·        Keep track of all credit card spending and make payments on credit accounts

·        Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy

·        Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits

·        Research and approve new vendors and create new vendor accounts

Other Requirements and Work Conditions

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent computer skills preferred

·       Proficiency in Quickbooks

·       Communication and negotiation skills; this job requires professional and mature interactions with employees and other organizations

·       Attention to details and accuracy in work

·       This is a part-time position that requires some work to be done in the office weekly

Compensation

·       Hourly pay rate: $30

·       Paid vacation hours
