Overview

Looking for an organized self-starter to join our college planning team to work side by side with Owner/President! The perfect candidate must be positive, professional, detail-oriented, and they MUST have a strong desire to help people. This is a work-from-home Independent Contractor position that will be about 5-10 hours per week to start with room to grow depending on the applicant.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Must own a computer and have a good Internet connection
• Must be highly coachable and computer savvy
• Ideal candidate must have:
o Great Google Drive knowledge
o Great Constant Contact knowledge
o Great social media platform knowledge – particularly Facebook and Twitter
o Great knowledge of Microsoft “suite” (or Google equivalent) — Word, Excel, Publisher
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills
POSITION COMPENSATION
This will be an hourly wage, contractual position. Hourly compensation will be discussed with the right candidates during the interview phase.

POSITION DUTIES
• Manage the social media accounts of our company. Come up with a list of potential posts (2-3/week) and post them to our Facebook and Twitter Accounts.
• Edit and manage our website with the website design service we use.
• Manage our documents in our database located in Google Drive.
• Create new customer accounts in Google Drive and manage folders and maintain accounts.
• Work with our team to update email addresses in Constant Contact.
• Send out monthly e-cards to prospects based on a schedule we will provide. We use Constant Contact to send out the e-cards.
• Be available for a scheduled weekly call to discuss tasks and projects.
• Create Monthly Newsletters for our clients and send the newsletters to customers through Constant Contact once approved by our team. We have all of the newsletters, but we will need help updating them and scheduling them.
