Client Engagement/Marketing/Sales Specialist

The right candidate will work side by side with Rainee to build and deliver outstanding services to our clients. Someone who wants to learn how to be a great entrepreneur and develop personally through Rainee’s coaching and mentoring. Opportunity to earn performance bonuses and sales commissions. This is a referral only business – no cold calls… Desire to have a long term relationship.

Client/Trusted Provider Setup and Logistics

  • Client engagement activities/support
  • Client tracker (google doc)
  • EOSWW Basecamp (activity tracker website)
  • Email reminders/cadence

Hubspot (CRM)

  • Client activity tracking
  • Prospect deals pipeline
  • Trusted Provider tracking
  • Maintain Contact database
  • Email Campaigns

Document/Follow Processes, templates

  • Configure in Hubspot as appropriate
  • Maintain and follow all documented processes
  • Update/create new processes as applicable

Learn Practice, Products and Services

  • Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage calendar/scheduling
  • Monitor email and sort based on actions
  • Return calls

Learn SharePoint file structure and maintain

Tasks/Projects as assigned

Marketing

  • Leverages Hubspot CRM tool
  • Refine/execute marketing plan
  • Website – maintenance of content, engage with webmaster
  • Compose website collateral and content
  • Social media – LinkedIn and others as applicable
  • Write and maintain blogs and case studies
  • Email Campaigns
  • Capture and leverage client testimonials
  • Videos/audio files

Business Development/Sales

  • Engage LI/Email Posts/Inquiries
  • Schedule/Deliver Initial Conversation
  • Schedule Intro Call with Rainee
  • Schedule Introductory meeting with Leadership Team

Support Events

  • Workshops
  • Speaking engagements
  • Tradeshow booths
  • Networking (as applicable)

This is a position that averages about 30 hours a week. Time to be available varies. Quite flexible except for some time sensitive activities. Typically Monday through Thursday 9 to about 5 is a good range.

 

This is a strictly 1099 position.

 

I would love someone in Houston or reasonably nearby – open to a full time remote person is an option. I do like the occasional face to face but do leverage webinar tools which makes it workable. Could be occasional travel to help with speaking engagements/conferences.

 

I am looking for someone to help me take this practice to the next level with a higher level of client engagement, business development, improving our marketing approach/activities and overall growing our brand. This is very much an entrepreneurial business and someone that thinks that way will fit in great. I love people who generate ideas and think of alternate and more effective ways to do things.

 

Education – I would prefer someone with a 4 year degree in a business related field. Mostly, someone who understands the importance of always learning (training, reading…)
