Overview

We’re looking for a virtual assistant who can work with us 2 – 3 hours per workday (to start with) – and wants to work with a mission-driven company.

Ideally, you are detail-oriented, efficient and have strong written and verbal communication and administrative skills.

Tasks will include:

– Managing contracts and other documents using DocuSign

– Some social media management and engagement

– Sending out email blasts using ConstantContact

– Inputting various data into spreadsheets that you create – Proficiency with Microsoft’s Office Suite and Google’s collection of similar programs

– Data entry

– Calendar management using Calendly

When that huge shift happens to older adults and their families, we manage those treasures of a lifetime (and all the other stuff that goes with them) with compassion and know-how. We manage moves, recalibrate homes for aging in place, perform home inventories, online estate sales and (finally) photo organizing and digitizing.

We're looking for a virtual assistant who can work with us 2 hours per day to start with - and shares our passion for changing older lives for the better.
