Overview

Work on your own but not alone. I am so proud of the company I have built, but frankly, I am even more proud of the culture. This position is about 15-20 hours per week spread over the full work week (and it can grow to more if you want). We can group the work, but you need to be available Monday-Friday from 9 am- 5 pm (EST). As you demonstrate your rock-star administrative skills, you’ll take more ownership of your schedule.

You will support key clients by:

Providing administrative support to a very busy & successful recruiter – email support, client interaction, email marketing, Linked In outreach. Frankly, it’s not rocket science, but you need to CARE about what you are doing and have tremendous attention to detail. Fully documented SOPs and ongoing training is part of who we are.

— Participate in a staff meetings where we co-create strategy and direction for the full team (11 of us).

— Position can be fully remote but we’d LOVE it if you were close enough to come to the office now and then (Montclair, NJ) for team events

Qualifications

Have or develop working knowledge and continuing level of proficiency of software programs including: • Microsoft: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Teams; • Zoom • Asana • Online marketing programs and platforms such as Constant Contact and LinkedIn • Database programs including Zoho • Internet Explorer and web search engine functionality • Impeccable attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
