Overview

We are seeking a new team member to answer phones and complete basic administrative tasks. The right person will speak with a smile, have an optimistic attitude, be outgoing, organized, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Promptly answer phones with clear, confident, and upbeat tone.
Diagnose the reason for the customer call, and set expectations for next steps.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients via phone, slack, and text messaging.
Make suggestions on company and process improvements

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills are essential.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in online communication tools such as Teams, Ring Central, and Slack.
Experience with online CRM tools such as AgencyZoom is a plus.

Must be willing to work remotely and support a US company based in the Eastern Time Zone.
Must be able to work East Coast hours.
