We are a global leader in the personal development/professional coaching/motivational live event industry. Founded in 2009, we employ over 100 full time staff, 30 of which work full time in our Enrollment (Sales) Department.
We are currently hiring heart centered, results-driven Program Experts (top closer types).
* Program Experts earn $120k to $180k / year.
* All work is remote.
* Full time only, 8am to 5pm pacific time (no exceptions).
* You are servicing inbound WARM leads only.
* NO COLD CALLING.
* We sell personal development programs and life coaching certification programs.
* QUICK ADVANCEMENT FOR TOP PERFORMERS.
Program Expert Job Description:
* Full time, M-F, 8am – 5pm pacific time.
* Conducting 3-4 pre-set “strategy sessions” per day, over Zoom, with re-qualified candidates.
* ROOM FOR GROWTH! We fast-track those who show promise, talent, work ethic and RESULTS.

You must be:
– An EXPERIENCED sales professional (high ticket sales, B to C sales and “one call close” experience preferred).
– ENERGETIC and ENTHUSIASTIC 8 HOURS A DAY!
– Well Organized!
– Highly Motivated, Enthusiastic and Goal Oriented.
– Familiar with online databases (SalesForce/Infusionsoft) a big plus!
*You must have a dedicated home office or dedicated work space that is private, professional, well lit, and has very fast hard wired high speed internet.*
Finally – you must be PASSIONATE about personal development. We are a personal development company. You’ll be selling personal development programs full time. This CULTURE FIT is just as important as skill set/experience requirements. If you have read the following books it’s a BIG PLUS: Think and Grow Rich, The Secret, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
