We are seeking an independent Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant, part-time for a busy business owner. 10-20hrs/week. The job has the potential to grow to full-time. I-1099 to start
Responsibilities
Clients call back and appointment scheduling
Drafting and writing business documents
Managing vendors
Managing contracts
Taking incoming calls for the office
Managing CRM
Organizing paperwork
Travel plans
Attending meetings virtually and making presentations
Other tasks as assigned.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required. Interested qualified candidate should send resume. New college graduates welcome.
