Overview

Seeking a virtual administrative assistant to take on tasks for fast growing outdoor lighting company.  Job will include creating and sending estimates and contracts to customers using Quickbooks Online, as well as Docusign.  Proficiency in both of these programs is a must.  Job will also include organizing data and daily tasks, such as daily checks of crew online timesheets, sending out capital improvement forms, keeping vehicle records and EZ-Pass up to date, tracking following up on with leads via CRM (Hubspot).  Must have excellent organizational and customer service skills.
