Job Description
The Advertising Specialist will play a crucial role in defining and executing our advertising strategy across various channels, including Amazon PPC, social media, and Google Ads. This position demands a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, enabling us to optimize our advertising spend, increase our market share, and foster a deeper connection with our audience.
Responsibilities
– **Amazon PPC: ** Oversee all aspects of our Amazon advertising efforts, from campaign creation to optimization, ensuring our products stand out in a highly competitive marketplace.
– **Social media: ** Lead our social media strategy, curating engaging content, and managing campaigns that foster community and drive engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
– **Google Ads: ** Develop and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing, to capture new leads and drive e-commerce traffic.
– **Strategy Development: ** Craft a cohesive advertising strategy that aligns with our brand goals, budget, and KPIs, continuously analyzing performance data to refine and improve campaign results.
– **Team Leadership: ** Guide and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
– Proven experience as an Advertising Specialist, Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful advertising campaigns across Amazon, social media, and Google Ads.
– Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
– Strong leadership qualities, with experience managing and inspiring a team to achieve excellent results.
– Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop innovative advertising solutions that align with brand objectives.
– Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
