·        Worked with multiple functions within a business group and interfaced with internal as well as external customers.  Responsible for the development of online technical certification packages for area maintenance technicians and operators.

 

·        Single handedly designed, developed, implemented and evaluated a critical program that required partnership with multiple stakeholders and customers.  From pilot to blitz knowledge gain scores went from 12% to 28%.
