Customer Care Specialist

Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working directly with YOUN Health & Beauty customers through a multitude of channels as a valued resource and trusted advisor, helping their business grow. You will strive to deliver a human and helpful Support experience through creative problem-solving, a consultative approach, and a deep and thorough knowledge of how YOUN Health & Beauty’s products work. **PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT CLIENT **

In this role, you will:

Develop a deep knowledge of YOUN Beauty skin care and YOUN Health nutritional supplements
Partner with customers to effectively resolve issues through phone, live chat, and email communications, adapting to fluctuations in the volume of incoming inquiries
Partner with Dr. Youn and our shipping team to continually improve the product experience for our customers
Communicate thoughtful, empathetic, and complete resolutions tailored to each customer
Collaborate with Dr. Youn and our shipping team to more deeply engage customers with our platform, and improve the overall customer experience
Show composure, resilience, and flexibility in YOUN Health & Beauty’s fast-paced ever changing environment, and also as an internal advocate for evolving customer needs.
Recruit potential customers by recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they benefit the customer personally
Answer any questions the customer may have about available products
Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem and resolving them to the customer’s satisfaction
Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary

Skills & Qualifications:

Call center or customer service experience preferred
Willingness to participate in training before hire and on-the job
Ability to pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen for certain positions
Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
Dedication to customer satisfaction
Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company
Education & Experience:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree

Hours:

Monday through Friday – tentatively 9 am – 1 pm ET, but this can be shifted an hour or two. Hours may increase based on growth of the company.
