We are a small real estate company that buys vacant land. We are looking for a purchasing assistant who can qualify inbound business leads (we will teach you how), do phone calls with leads, set appointments and oversee ongoing follow up activities.

In this role, we will ask you to spend two hours per day to review leads and make phone calls. With the remaining available time you will communicate with internal stakeholders, update notes in tracking software related and oversee follow up tasks. Most of this work is time-flexible, and for the most part you can set your own hours. You will communicate with your team over email and slack regularly.

You will collaborate with a small team, including the purchasing manager and owner of the company. However, this position requires a lot of accountability to be able to work autonomously to achieve desired results. This is a great way to learn the real estate business without taking a course or investing your own money. Initial compensation will be an hourly rate with an increase after a 120 day trial period. Future compensation may include incentive based opportunities related to company performance. This is a position that will start out as 10 hours per week and a successful candidate will increase their hours over time.
