Role:​ Client Care Coordinator

Oftentimes the first phone call or email is the hardest for clients to make. As the Client Care Coordinator, your role will be to thank clients for reaching out, welcome them, and guide them to getting the mental health services they are seeking. In this way, you will be the face of the practice. You must love helping people. Your role will include answering client questions, scheduling appointments, and a host of other vital tasks. Your work will be 100% and there are flexible weekday hours.

Tasks

Day to Day

Returning phone calls, texts, emails, and all other forms of client communication daily
Answering questions about the different services DCNE provides
Scheduling and rescheduling clients with DCNE clinicians
Coordinating with DCNE clinicians to confirm their schedules and availability
Following up with clients with their credit cards are declined to obtain another form of payment
Sending clients intake paperwork through online portal
Follow up with referral sources to thank them for referrals
Be knowledgeable about general insurance reimbursements for clients who pay out of pocket
Be able to uphold HIPAA privacy standards
Be accountable
Other duties as assigned

Week to Week

Providing clients with client satisfaction surveys and creating reports based on results
Referring clients if requested services are outside the scope of DCNE
Participating in weekly administrative team meetings

Time commitment
Starting with 10 hours per week with plenty of room for growth

Compensation
Negotiable with experience and knowledge of mental health field
There will be at least a two week paid trial period
