Overview

Hi there. My name is Lynne and I’ve been in business for 15 years as a VA/Business Manager. I love what I do every day and I’m hoping to find two customer service professionals (sub-contractors) that love what they do too.

You’ll be interacting with high-level executives and will have to be in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. You will be returning phone calls to answer their questions and get them registered and must be able to present professionally with no crying children, dogs barking, etc. 🙂 The average phone call should be 5 – 10 minutes. The initial call comes into a call center and we take it from there.

Other requirements:

  • High-speed internet.
  • Efficient.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Can work at a fast pace with accuracy.
  • Be comfortable speaking with company owners, general managers, CFO’s, controllers.
  • Available Monday through Friday between 9:00 am ET to 6:00 pm ET. This is part-time and the schedule will change some days/weeks but you will need to be available to go on the schedule during these times. I believe this will be no more than 4 hours a day.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant or Customer Service experience extremely helpful.
  • Available for an interview this week – November 18 – 22.
