We run a fast paced swag company that sells all kinds of merchandise to other companies (tshirts, pens, you name it!). Our CEO Zee needs an organized and detail oriented person to help manage some aspects of the business and his personal life. Projects will include researching, putting together documents such as Google Spreadsheets and Google documents, making phone calls, paying bills, and other miscellaneous tasks.
VA should have experience and be able to create an action plan. VA should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and should be motivated and a self starter. Must be able to figure things out on their own with minimal guidance from the team. We anticipate this job will take 5-10 hours per week to start, and could increase over time depending on your availability.
Previous VA or admin experience preferred.
