We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with a ‘takes care of business’ attitude to oversee all daily operations in our company and a lead terrific team that includes full-time and part-time members throughout the U.S. Ownership thinking (WWPD – What Would Patty Do?) is required of the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate would also have previous experience working with a consulting group or an organization’s accounting function, and have maximum work overlap with the Eastern time zone.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive organizational vision:
Participation in strategy and goal setting discussions
Help determine focus and priorities
Oversee the accurate and efficient execution of all daily operations:
Metrics Review & Reporting
Tracking and analysis of KPIs
Technology & Business Systems
Proactively lead the development, review and updating of all internal processes, procedures, and templates
Collaborate with team members to implement tech elements as needed
Organize and set up new system rollouts as needed
Ensure the ongoing maintenance and organization of the ‘virtual office’
Own all aspects of planning and project management:
Determine and communicate project vision and strategy
Determine and communicate the What, Who and By When for all projects
Monitor project progress and lead adjustments as necessary
Be responsible for the successful execution of all projects
Evaluate all project management processes and lead adjustments as necessary
Lead and manage on/off boarding activities for new clients
Own all aspects of team leadership:
Assess team skills and roles
Determine hiring needs
Recruit, interview, hire/fire and on/off board all new team members
Document and communicate all team expectations
Lead team efforts to meet business goals
Be responsible that all work being delivered by the team is on brand and of appropriate quality
