Overview

Detail-oriented, experienced executive assistant needed to assist CEO and project manager with a variety of tasks designed to provide an excellent customer experience and superior account management support.

Ideal candidate would already have experience with GSuite, Google Drive, Dropbox, Basecamp, various social media schedulers as well as an extensive executive assistant background preferred. Some experience with social media creation and posting a must. Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Examples of some tasks of this position include:

  • Creating and posting social media based on established guidelines and strategies for various clients each week
  • Managing client communication to support busy project/account manager
  • Providing feedback to help improve social engagement
  • Inbox support for the CEO
  • Other items, as asked

Hours per week would be about 10 to start with the capacity for growth to 20-25 hours with the right candidate. While Tressa Beheim Operations is based in Europe and a European or East Coast time zone is preferred, the position is remote and 100% online these are not requirements.
