Overview

We are looking for a well-versed, dependable, proactive, super detail-oriented Operations Manager / Project Coordinator. As a member of our growing team, you’ll help build, manage, and optimize current processes in a way that assists those involved in the process, as well as implementing technology to increase efficiency. This is a remote/work-from-home position.

As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for taking on every project we take on and working directly with the CEO to get clear on the vision and goal. The bottom line function for this position is to identify detailed steps to accomplish company goals/metrics, manage the process, and manage our team through each step.

The candidate must be flexible and be able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

  • Work alongside the CEO to ensure all marketing, sales, and operation initiatives are precisely planned and executed
  • Manage Company culture and team member expectations, new member onboarding, project management tools and systems, and overall team accountability
  • Track company quarterly and annual goals, team member performance, and project completion timelines
  • Optimize all operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and excellence

Main Tasks: 

  • Collaborating on Project Scopes Directly with CEO to ensure seamless planning and execution
  • Tracking and managing team productivity
  • Creating and managing Systems and Processes
  • Implementing company wide culture/values
  • Running our EOS Initiatives – including meeting agendas and time management

  • Use applied knowledge, available evidence, logical means, and processes to investigate and resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy

Technical Skills

  • Proficient use of Google Drive applications, including Docs & Sheets
  • Experienced in the navigation of major internet advertising interfaces including, but not limited to, Google and Facebook
  • Quantitative & Analytical Skills
  • Able to use project management software such as Click Up or SmartSuite
  • Comfortable meeting via ZOOM & other online meeting platforms
