Job Title: Marketing Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated, efficient, and meticulous Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who is capable of handling basic marketing tasks and has a keen eye for detail. This role will require excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work independently.


  • Update the company website by scheduling and publishing daily blog content, ensuring it is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Assist in tasks related to social media strategies and campaigns.Maintain an up-to-date social media presence, including scheduling, coordinating, and publishing posts that align with our content strategy.
  • Coordinate with the content team.
  • Track the company’s online reputation, responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including the distribution of newsletters.
  • Assist in the management of SEO efforts to ensure increased visibility in search engine results.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Marketing, Writing, or Journalism is preferred.
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
  • Any experience working in a WordPress environment is preferred but not necessary.

Work Environment:

This role is fully remote. As such, reliable internet access and a quiet, dedicated workspace are essential. This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
