Overview

Tier3 Media is looking for the strategic role of Account Manager – a person overseeing the agency-client relationship, being the bridge between our clients and our team, and ensuring our team delivers what is promised to our clients and relaying valuable feedback about the practice’s experience and success with their campaigns. This position is ideal for an experienced remote employee that has excellent time management skills and a background in customer service, or a mature and responsible team-player that would like to work from anywhere while managing high client expectations.

This is a full-time role, no freelancers or consultants, please!

Responsibility & Accountability

As an account manager, you will represent our company as you communicate with clients and deliver their campaign results and ongoing scaling suggestions, with the support of your strategic marketing team. A high sense of responsibility and attention to detail are essential in this position. You will be the “face” of our company for each client we serve and our desire is for our clients to have the best experience and results possible.

Passion for Marketing

We provide med spas, plastic surgeons, dental aesthetics and other aesthetic practices lead generation and appointment automation services for our clients. We love helping practices grow and we want you to love what you do too. It’s a big plus (but not a requirement) if you have experience working with social media marketing, paid ads, copywriting, or email marketing or if you’ve ever worked in an aesthetics practice. You should be eager to learn about how paid digital advertising works and be genuinely curious about different aspects of it and marketing in general.

Fluent English & Excellent Communication Skills

All of our clients are from the USA / Canada. Since you will have weekly calls with clients, you should be native/fluent in English and be an excellent communicator (written and spoken).

Time Management

You will be working with a team made up of people across the world working in different time zones. Not only is it essential to be a master of managing your own time, but you will need to master managing the time of others. It will be up to you to understand and work with your colleagues’ work schedules in order to execute our services to our clients in a professional and timely manner.

Communication Skills

You should have a passion and knack for communicating with people. Your role will primarily consist of liaising between your clients and your team on a daily basis. You are well organized in keeping records of all your conversations using our proprietary CRM software, you understand the importance of following up regularly with your clients and having a sound knowledge of the best communication channels to use with different people.

Duties:

  • Manage the implementation of marketing plans for client projects
  • Monitor analytics of online advertising campaigns and make suggestions for improvements
  • Coordinate, monitor, and see the successful launch of new campaigns
  • Run client training sessions for new client launches
  • Communicate with clients, resolve issues and assure continuing progress on projects
  • Support clients on our proprietary CRM software (we will provide training)
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management and assigned clients

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (9-5 EST)
The job is 40 hours a week.
You must be available for the daily company meetings/calls with clients within 9-5 EST.
Some clients we work with are on Pacific Time. If this is the case, you will need to modify your schedule accordingly to ensure efficient communication.
