Overview

I am looking for an exceptional Personal & Administrative Assistant.  Someone who loves technology, systems and organization.

After 3+ years my current Personal Assistant is retiring and I’m in need of someone amazing to replace her.

I’m looking for someone who is smart, resilient, discrete, organized and effective.

Ideally you’ll work in Eastern time.

You should have experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role. You also have excellent research skills. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will help lighten my workload, keep me on track and be my right hand.

You’ll support me with client projects and admin support.

I require 10 to 20 hours per week.

You must have experience with:

–WordPress and WordPress themes like Divi, Elementor and Optimizepress.
–Clickfunnels, Leadpages, Kartra, Infusionsoft
–Google analytics, Facebook Pixels
–Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
–Photoshop and/or Canva
–Management and creation of e-marketing campaigns (Kartra, ActiveCampaign, Convertkit)
–Comfortable with online marketing funnels

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

–Supporting me with client project and project management
–Update WordPress websites
–Design of landing pages and website pages
–Gather data in both Google Analytics and FB ads
–Create presentations and sales materials
–Create freebies, e-books etc.
–Onboarding new clients
–Support with virtual summits
–Test, check and make sure that all tech is set up correctly on all webpages, opt-ins etc. before they go live.
–Coordinate with various vendors, such as video editors, fiverr etc. to ensure details are clear and deadlines are met.
–Creation of visuals in Photoshop or Canva
–Maintaining and organization of Google Drive
–Making sure that marketing assets are aligned and consistent with our brand standards.
–Management of company calendar and scheduling
–Managing support inbox

Hours / Compensation
Part-time remote, 10 to 20 hours per week
Rate:  $20 – 25 hourly
