Overview
Seeking a talented social media manager with experience managing business Facebook pages and working with clients. You will join our fast-growing agency with small business client’s all over the U.S.
You will work on a team to manage a group of your own clients’ social media channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboard new clients with a 30 minute Zoom call
- Document pertinent client details
- Work with our content team to build a content calendar for each client
- Handle in-bound client requests and questions regarding their social media
- Work with clients via email and phone call (scheduled basis)
- Report on social media performance for your clients to our team on a monthly basis
You must have experience managing at least one business’s organic Facebook account.
Experience in the following is a plus, but not required:
- Insurance industry
- Personally active on social media
- Facebook Ads
This is an ongoing commitment, with 10-30 hours a week of work (depending on your availability). Hours and days of week are flexible for the right person. We love working with stay at home moms and have several other amazing SAHMs on our team!
