Book Keeper

Overview

Looking for a book keeper for a locally owned restaurant in Camillus, NY. Owned by a mother-daughter and just celebrated 4 years in business. We are looking for someone trustworthy, reliable and dedicated. Job duties  include managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and employee files, bank reconciliation, inventory spreadsheets, and running weekly reports with a knowledge of QuickBooks. Experience with restaurants is a plus but not required. Hourly wage based on experience with flexible daytime hours. 25/30hrs per week with requirements to come into the restaurant to collect data/invoices for quickbooks, payroll reports, etc.
