As a Marketing Assistant you will be involved in campaign design and execution through our CRM. As business owners respond to this outbound marketing you will reach out by phone, answer questions, and set appointments for a more complete presentation.
We have proven scripts that will help you quickly determine whether a prospect is a good match for our company. Our CRM and other pipeline and calendar management tools will enable you to be efficient in this role.
An important part of your job will be learning about the core services we offer. We want you to be active in helping design marketing campaigns, so ‘product knowledge’ is vital. We have extensive training articles and video to help you quickly learn our services.
The compensation for this position is an hourly wage. After training you will have the opportunity to include a performance-based compensation plan to increase your earnings.
The “growth path” from this position is to become a Client Concierge, working with our existing clients and fulfillment team.
The keys for success in this position are:
• Great communication skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with target businesses. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.
• Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness, and the ability to alleviate potential clients’ concerns while booking appointments will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved.
• Self-Starter: Because you will be working from home, it is essential that you be adept at time management and efficient handling of your own schedule.
• Previous Sales Experience: A proven history of success in B2B warm and cold calling to set appointments is required. If you do not have experience on your resume you will not be considered for the job.
