Overview

My husband and I run a music lessons business that connects teachers to music students (piano, guitar, singing, violin, and a few others). Most of the students are looking for lessons in their homes with teachers in their area who will drive to them.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Virtual Assistant to run and oversee the day-to-day backend processes. This includes using our online database system (TutorCruncher) to set up and adjust client accounts, pay our teachers, reply to client/student/teacher emails/texts/calls, and possibly oversee our Google Ads marketing campaigns for finding new teachers and students (we may hire a separate person for this need).

Our teachers are holding a lot of webcam lessons right now, as well as in-home lessons for students who would like them. Most of the new students joining us are looking for in-home lessons.
