ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Pay twice per month (15th & 30th)
• We pay bonuses for great work and teammates who show initiative and drive to grow the business
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every week you work, you proportionally accrue paid time off, totaling 6-12 days over the entire year.

Wage/Salary: [up to $35 /Hour]40 hours per week
Monthly salary is commensurate with and based on a combination of experience, skill level, bonuses, and Vacation.
