Appointment Setter – Sales Development Representative

Role Overview:

As an integral part of our sales team, you’ll be tasked with reaching out to potential clients with the goal of setting appointments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Making targeted calls to prospective clients to set appointments.
Following up with potential clients through emails, texts, and calls.
Implementing cold outreach strategies to generate new leads.
Accurately recording all interactions and managing inquiries.
Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs and tailor our solutions.

Strong communication skills and comfort with phone conversations.
An engaging personality that makes a positive impression.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
Prior experience in sales or a related field, especially with cold calling.
