Growing property service company can be also growing pain to manage…

After 20 years in business we’ve got to the point where our structure needs to be tuned up and …. we mean REALLY tuned up.

We operate in the Metro Philadelphia and while being great in maintaining properties for our clients, we lost focus of internal maintenance.

Help!

With nowadays advancements in technology you can work from the moon (well – eastern coast time zone might have some advantage…) – no need for daily shlapping to the office. You can be entirely Virtual Star of the company – sounds cool, doesn’t it…? 🙂

As long as you can take control of our busy schedule, communication with clients when we need to say “that bill we sent you week ago ain’t going to vanish unpaid…” or  keep track of our tracks maintenance and inspections (on top of half million of other super exciting tasks).

Of course there is way more than that.

If we don’t invoice on time – there is no money coming in. Help needed...

If we have insurance audit someone’s gotta reach out to CPA and put paperwork together. Help needed…

If we don’t assign receipts to projects, we don’t know what our costs were. Help … you know it…

List could go on and on. Regular every day joys of a small business to be controlled and monitored.

Essentially we need a Supercharged and Super organized Superhuman to help with keeping track of things.
