Looking for someone that knows how to set up, optimize and monitor Facebook Ads.
Our team would create the copy and images (but happy to tweak based on your recommendations).
We do NOT want an Ad agency or monthly flat fees.
I have clients that want to start in Facebook Ads but aren’t HUGE enough to have $5000 budgets each month as an example.
Pay is negotiable, being hourly or contract vs an ‘Ad agency’ style approach.
Working with multiple accounts and clients.

We are a content marketing firm that specializes in podcasting but also sales funnels. We've worked with many Facebook Ad experts and companies but are looking for someone in house to serve our clients.
We are a team of 14 and love our jobs and love serving and helping our clients grow their businesses.

Qualifications
Created successful Facebook Ad Campaigns that brings in new leads, purchases at a lower cost per click. Understands retargetting and cold vs warm leads. Understands video ads. Working knowledge of Adspresso would be a bonus. Reliable and a good communicator and gives updates and quick to respond to communications. References needed.
