We make it easy to turn natural ingredients into everyday products. We make sure our customers can use essential oils with confidence and clarity to make their home more natural.

• Opportunity: We can help people unlock the magic of essential oils and natural ingredients while turning their natural ingredients into soaps, candles, bath products, & MORE!

What Success Looks Like for This Position

1. Improving sales for the recipe box by…Creating and refining the UGC creatives for our ads (and other creatives).
2. Becoming the internal influencer
3. Creating and refining the content that goes out across marketing channels (emails, socials, etc.)
4. Inspiring other team members to do a great job who are selling the recipe box

Clear Communicator: We create content that is practical, simple, and very easy to understand for customers and teammates. We guide our teammates with best practices, so our company is always getting better.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot Creatives for UGC ads – not responsible for editing – about 3 per day
• Research competitors and our current customer base to apply learnings to our content.
• Encourage others teammates to push their role in the creative process to reach the best possible output and hit our high standards so that we can help more people unlock the power of essential oils.
• Engage with the customer base through socials (Comments, live videos, etc.).
• Create creatives to teach people how to use the products you are selling

Qualifications

• Education degree preferred
• Has experience creating natural products using essential oils
