Sales Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, full-time Sales Assistant to support the Sales Manager for a high-end awning company. Must be a multi-tasker with excellent written / oral communication skills and have some working knowledge of design/construction terminology (preferred but not necessary). You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Fast-paced, friendly, and collaborative work environment. We are located in Miami, FL, and service Florida, the continental US, and the Caribbean.

Experience:

● Required Education: Associates (BA Preferred)

● Administrative Assistant / Customer Service experience

● Bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred

Skills:

● Must be customer service and sales-oriented and able to interact with the public and vendors in a professional manner.

● Hands-on experience with CRM software and experience in G- Suite

● Understanding of sales performance metrics

● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be detailed-oriented with good organizational skills

● Able to work independently and in a team environment, under strict deadlines.

● Willing to learn products, specifications, and standards, be receptive to feedback and embrace continuous improvement opportunities.

● Able to present a professional image to customers, with strong oral and written communication skills.

 

Work includes:

● Data entry and daily management of CRM  (Insightly).

● Leads Research

● Working with the President and Sales Development to ensure timely deliveries and develop monthly sales reports

● Manage Sales calendars

● Maintaining/updating sales and customer records

● Communicating important feedback from customers internally

● Assist with Lunch and Learns
