Overview
This is a lead generation, real estate sales, marketing and property management position.
I am looking for a long term candidate I can grow with.
Take incoming calls generated from direct mail marketing. Use a sales template/questionnaire and Podio CRM to log call details.
Look up property tax info on county websites and enter into web interface. Perform various other property research as needed.
Handle all inbound tenent calls and issues. Log all activity into the web interface.
Manage work orders with approved vendors list.
Develop and maintain approved vendors list.
Develop book keeping and accounting processes.
Train other VA’s on required processes as needed.
Document processes and create and refine reusable trainning for other VAs As needed.
Inspect work of others for correctness and completeness.
About
I need help with my personal investment model which is a Real Estate buying and selling business. I would love to partner with a Texas based broker but I am open to all applicants. I also own and operate a Property Management company that I need occasional help with.
Online marketing and sales funnel architecture is an area I am trying to grow in. Someone with this type of marketing experience will also be helpful.
