Answer phone calls from Direct Mail marketing campaigns done by company
Upon answering phone calls must build rapport with seller/caller
Get information on their motivation, wants, needs (anything that will give us a better understanding when we take a meeting)
Set up a time for appointments
Create appointment in our CRM system
Follow up after appointment with a Thank You call/email/text
Enter all information into CRM system for quick access by company

Root Estates Group LLC is a New Jersey based real estate investment company initially formed in February 2018.

For every 100 homes sold in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania roughly 5 do not follow the traditional "list with a Realtor" model. There are many reasons for this: property is not livable in its current condition, there are title issues, must sell fast, horrible tenants, etc. There are motivated sellers with properties that have problems attached to them. These are our customers. We are problem solvers that offer them the peace of mind in exchange for equity. Tens of thousands of homes with these problems are sold to cash buyers like us every year.

The company intends to purchase residential real estate in Lehigh Valley, PA for the purpose of either rehabbing and reselling for profit or if the circumstances permit, buy and hold for a long term cash flow investment. For fix and flip properties, that target sellers would be to other investors or owner occupants. Target properties will include Single Family Residences (SFR) with distressed owners, pre-foreclosures, tax delinquent properties, and other off market properties. These properties will all be acquired well below market value. We are not Realtors. We are real estate investors that purchase homes for cash.

Qualifications

1. Detail oriented, diligent, reliable, and incredibly friendly. 2. Strong people skills. Someone who becomes likable very quickly by others, even after only a few minutes of talking to them. 3. Gets excited about becoming phenomenal at sales. 4. Comfortable with technology, coachable, and able to pick up new systems relatively quickly.
