Overview

We are looking for a Software Sales Executive to join our team! This person will possess strong sales and customer service skills, time-management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn and understand technical software. This person must be able to work independently, as well as with a team. A fearless, can-do attitude is a must while maintaining professionalism and strong relationships with clients. Knowledge of online marketing is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to prospects
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Responsible for prospecting new business and being proactive
  • Demonstrating product features before a sale
  • Providing initial training of products after a sale
  • Recognizing and anticipating the needs of the clients
  • Assisting with technical questions or difficulties and troubleshooting
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Analyzing metrics and other key data pertaining to client accounts
  • Awareness of current market trends
  • Participating in team and client Zoom calls
  • Managing of calendar

Job Requirements: 

  • 1 year sales experience
  • Work remotely and provide daily updates
  • Fast, reliable internet
  • Good video camera
  • Look professional when on camera
