We’re looking for a Customer Service Ninja (AKA: Member Service Concierge)!

What’s a Member Service Concierge?  Glad you asked!

It’s someone whose heart and soul are focused on ensuring our clients have a WORLD-CLASS experience.

As a Member Service Concierge, you’ll take on a critical role in supporting our amazing members and helping new clients get started with our program. You will be a valued and respected member of a close-knit team. The Member Service Concierge plays an important role, as they are often the first person the client or potential client interacts with. In addition, this person works behind the scenes keeping the facility running smoothly and efficiently at all times.

To be successful in this position, you should be a dedicated and motivated individual with a strong work ethic who loves order and enjoys supporting others. You have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and a friendly, driven, professional attitude.

Your ability to connect with and care about people is outstanding. You are a people-person, but you also thrive on getting things done quickly and efficiently and can manage an inbox or handle a high volume of phone calls like a pro.

This is a part time permanent position with the ability to progress to a full-time position for the right individual. Starting salary depends on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service on a daily basis, including, but not limited to correspondence via phone, email and social media in a timely manner.
· Provide assistance to clients and potential client requests along with inquires about gym operations and policies.
· Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction at all times. Must be able to relate to and understand the client’s needs and requests and ensure that they are being well taken care of.
· Performs a range of administrative duties such as handling new client inquiries, referrals, assisting with scheduling new client orientations and consults, rectifying unpaid bills, managing suspension requests, client attendance, and general maintenance of client accounts.

We are a brick and mortar boutique group fitness studio in Portland, OR.  We have been helping Portland residents reach their fitness goals since 2010 and are part of the global Fit Body Boot Camp franchise, one of fastest growing fitness franchises in the country.  We treat both our team and our members as family :).

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:   -Positive and passionate attitude about customer service. -Driven personality with attention to detail and a strong desire to go above and beyond what is asked. -Strong and confident communication skills both orally and written. -Extremely organized and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work load on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. -Experience working with/ability to learn various online softwares -Ability to handle high pressure situations and working under deadlines. -1-2 years of customer service experience. -Phone sales experience is a plus. -Interested in fitness and working out.
