About

Plant Editors was founded in 2009 by three PhD-level plant biologists who met while working as professional science editors at a premier plant biology journal. Our mission is to:

Provide a high-quality service that specifically addresses the editing and writing needs of plant biologists.
Improve scientific writing, by helping our clients produce clear, vibrant, concise manuscripts and learn to write better.
Participate in cutting-edge, exciting science as colleagues rather than competitors. That’s why we provide feedback on scientific presentation, figures, and responses to reviewers, as well as grammar and typos.

Within a few years, we have generated an incredibly extensive and loyal client base. We feel lucky to work with such wonderful, talented scientists and we’re excited to continue forming new partnerships with plant biologists from around the world!
