THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently hiring Lead Versatile Assistants. Responsibilities to include:

Executive Assistant Support

– Regular client interfacing (via phone/video conference)

– Email management (checking/organizing one or more inboxes for each client)

– Calendar management (managing a client’s appointment/meeting schedule)

– Preparing materials such as presentations, spreadsheets, documents, etc.

– Travel management (researching itineraries, making reservations, booking flights, etc.)

– Research tasks

Operations Support

– Creating/executing/maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes

– Admin tasks associated with CRM software Project Assistance

– Event planning/coordination

– Launch support (admin/operation tasks related to launching a digital course, publishing a book, etc).

Digital Marketing Support

– Support with organic social media (creating basic editorial calendars, writing texts for posts, creating images using Canva, scheduling posts, etc.)

– Assistance in executing digital marketing plans such as maintaining blogs, newsletters, etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

– 1099 contractor position

– Remote position

– Hourly rate is $22/hr

Qualifications

KEY ATTRIBUTES: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Professional and friendly demeanor, Detail-oriented, but able to work efficiently with minimal errors, Tech-savvy, eager and quick to learn new technology, Self-motivated and able to work independently, Trustworthy and reliable, Critical thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems, Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment, manage priorities/deadlines accordingly, Flexible and able to adapt to client needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree preferred, Experience working remotely preferred, Available to complete work, take calls, etc. during business hours Monday - Friday, At least 10 hours/week of availability, At least 2 years of administrative support experience preferred, Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects preferred, Previous experience in digital marketing preferred, All applicants may be subject to a background check, Mac (preferred) or PC Computer (including webcam) and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook), A fast and reliable internet connection, Smartphone with email capabilities and the ability to download various apps, Preference to candidates proficient in common online programs/software including, but not limited to Asana/WordPress/Squarespace/Wix/MailChimp/ConvertKit/Hubspot/ Hootsuite/Buffer/Planoly/Slack/G Suite/Dropbox/Google Drive/Freshbooks/Quickbooks/Xero/Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest/Twitter/LinkedIn/YouTube/Calendly/Acuity/CoSchedule.
