o Respond to mountains of email and repetitive questions about land
o Send information about property and local area to prospective clients via email and text
o Follow up with interested parties, warning, some of which may be aliens
– You can work Closing Sales (will provide training)
o Create Warranty Deeds
o File deeds with Simplifile.com to collect buyers’ signatures
o Create Notes
o File notes with SignNow.com after signing
o Send hard copy of documents via email and Click2Mail.com
o Notarized sales deeds if a notary
– You are good at and enjoy:
o Talking with people from ALL walks of life
o Working remotely
o The English language
o Making $$$
o Working independently and persistently
Experienced – We’ll REALLY love you if you…(This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)
– Call interested parties to tell them about the land and close sales
– Have experience with:
o FollowUpBoss CRM or other CRMs
o AirTable
o Trello
o Google Drive
– Work Closing Sales
o Notarized sales deeds if a notary
– Have a charming written personality
– You have read “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie
Commission
– On Terms Sales
o Minimum $100 and up per sale
o 10% of recurring terms payments
– On Cash Sales
o 10%
