We’re looking for a virtual assistant to join our team and complete projects. We expect that our assistant will require approximately 25 hours per week on the job for us.

We’re looking for a virtual assistant to join our team and complete projects. We expect that our assistant will require approximately 25 hours per week on the job for us.
The work will include the following:
– Scheduling meetings and managing daily calendars
– Organizing task lists and monitoring project statuses
-Digital file management within Shared Filing Systems
-Special projects as assigned by various department leaders
– Stopping into the office on a regular basis (2 – 3 times per week) to assist with making bank deposits, opening mail etc.

Qualifications
- SUPERIOR communication skills via phone, email, and chat - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, SharePoint, Outlook - Exemplary organization skills - Highly motivated to be a part of a close-knit, highly productive team In addition, each qualified candidate must have: - Willingness to submit to and pass a background check - A minimum of 3 professional references who have worked with you in a remote capacity who can testify to your professionalism and discretion.
