A Market Response Representative (MRR) is a sales role that is responsible for working with inbound sales leads that are generated from our paid and organic marketing efforts.

You will have to be passionate about engaging with people.

The process requires you to reach out to prospects who have qualified themselves as being active in our marketing funnel and engaging on social media platforms.

You will be:

Responding in real-time leads generated by NextLevel Business

Responding to inbound web leads, qualifying them via a Discovery Call and assigning them to an Account Executive.

Cleaning and de-duplicating data our CRM system

Emailing and calling prospects who have shown an interest in our programs and events

Scheduling meetings for Account Executives

Supporting NextLevel Business’ marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns

You must LOVE engaging with people as well as being organised and able to analyse data.

You must be a TEAM PLAYER as you are responsible for qualifying leads for your colleagues.

You must be COACHABLE. If you think you’re ALREADY a superstar and don’t know how to take constructive critique, this is NOT a position for you.
